Before dispatch
If your order has not yet been handed to the carrier, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to process your request, but a cancellation or change cannot be guaranteed once preparation is already underway.
After receiving your order
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to notify By Clara that you wish to return all or part of the items, in accordance with our returns and refunds policy. After this notification, the relevant items must be shipped within the period stated in that policy.

Information to provide
- your name;
- the email address used for the order;
- your order number;
- the items concerned;
- your request: cancellation before dispatch or withdrawal / return.
Receiving a request does not mean that an order which has already been dispatched can be stopped. In that case, the applicable return procedure will be used.
