Shipping

Each By Clara order is carefully prepared within 48 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prepared from the next business day.

The delivery times below are estimates from dispatch. The options and rates actually available depend on the delivery address entered and are confirmed before payment.

France

European Union

This zone currently covers 26 European Union countries configured in Shopify. Final availability is confirmed at checkout.

International

International delivery is currently configured for selected destinations, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates. Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier and any customs procedures.

Delivery times and order tracking

Transit times begin once the order has been dispatched. They may be affected by circumstances outside By Clara's control, including peak periods, public holidays, logistics disruptions, weather conditions or customs inspections.

A dispatch confirmation email containing available tracking information is sent after shipment. If there is a delay or an issue, contact our customer service team at byclaraparis@gmail.com and include your order number.

Delivery address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information entered when placing the order. We recommend carefully checking your name, address, postal code, city and country before payment.

If a correction is required after the order has been placed, contact us as soon as possible. A change cannot be guaranteed once the order is already being prepared or has been handed to the carrier.

Customs and taxes outside the European Union

For some destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or administrative fees may be charged in the destination country. When they are not included in the amount shown at checkout, they may remain payable by the recipient in accordance with local rules.

Returns

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to notify us that you wish to return an item.

To request a return, email byclaraparis@gmail.com and provide your name, order number, the items concerned and the reason for the return.

After your request, the items must be shipped within a maximum of 14 days to:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned with their tags attached. Tracked return shipping is strongly recommended.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. By Clara covers return shipping when the item received is defective, damaged on delivery or different from the item ordered.

Exchanges

By Clara does not offer direct exchanges. To change a size, colour or style, return the relevant item and place a new order.

Refunds

After the return has been received and inspected, an email will inform you whether the refund has been approved or, where applicable, explain the reason for refusal. Approved refunds are issued to the payment method used for the order.
